Tonkahomes.com success stories... We had just finished
building a webpage for a new listing that included extensive
photo's and virtual tours of a clients home. The
homeowners were so impressed with the site that they emailed friends about it,
telling them to check it out. A friend of the client's
that got the email went to our site to see there listing, but another listing on
the site quickly caught their attention. They went through
our virtual tours and photo galleries and then they
immediately made an appointment to see the home. The
next day the bought it. Ironically, they had not been
considering moving at the time. |

Our Current Listings
page came up on an internet search by a person searching for
info on private schools in the area. After surfing our site
for fun, that individual did a MLS search on
our site searching for homes within their desired school
system. One of
our own exclusive listings came up on that search that was a
great fit for that buyer. That individual moved into the new
school district and into our listing.
